Our Energy Advisor team provide free advice and assistance with reducing our client's fuel bills and energy usage. Our Advisors can provide free impartial energy advice, advise on grants and schemes and advise on heating systems. They can also refer onwards to other agencies and regularly engage with Fife Council, housing associations and energy suppliers.

Our free handyman service for qualifying clients, which includes supply and installation of simple energy saving measures is currently suspended. In certain circumstances some of the items we provide can be delivered to our clients where they are able to carry out the installation themselves. (Installation guides are available for those who qualify).

Our advisors can refer you, when permission is granted, for free and impartial benefit checks and debt advice from our partners at CARF (Citizens Advice & Rights Fife) and Money Advice.
